Abstract

The thin layer chromatographic behavior of 12 estrogenic substances in a mixture of chloroform alcohol (C1-C4) and other mixtures containing a third solvent was studied. Relationship of the structures, values and the optimal selection factors were examined, with special reference to the demands of drug analysis. The ΔRMg values of some substituents are given.
