Investigation of TEA-TE nitrogen laser system

A TEA-TE nitrogen oscillator-amplifier laser arrangement was built and studied, which combined the advantageous properties of both the TEA and TE lasers. This system is a simple device, and can easily be handled to obtain triggered single, high power (1.5 MW) nanosecond, polarized, diffraction limited, UV pulses.
