Abstract

Two cases of primary nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (NDI), and one of secondary NDI are reported. Therapeutic effects of traditional methods and that of the prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor indomethacin were investigated. With the latter treatment, favourable results were obtained in each of the three cases: the polyuria decreased and the renal concentrating ability increased.
