Abstract
Darier's follicular dyskeratosis is an autosomal dominant disease. Lymphocytes taken from the peripheral blood of a patient with the disease were exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light and the results investigated. The measurement of chromatid and structural anomalies revealed no significant difference in the preparations from the patient with Darier's follicular dyskeratosis and those of a healthy control.
