Abstract

The ambiguity problem of the spin Hamiltonian is discussed showing that relaxation measurements can be used to detect the asymmetry in the matrices and that the combination of relaxation and line-position measurements are adequate to determine the asymmetric matrices if I greater than equivalent to 1.
