Diffuse magnetic scattering has been observed in oxygen deficient YBa2CU3Ox samples ofx= 6.15, 6.34, and 6.59. For the latter specimen the magnetic fluctuations coexist with the superconductivity. The possibility of a low temperature spin glass state is discussed.
