Young stellar objects in L 1188

Abstract

We report on the investigation of three young stellar objects in the rarely studied dark cloud L1188. Using near- to far-infrared (2MASS, MSX, IRAS and ISO) data we derived their spectral energy distributions which allowed an approximate determination of their evolutionary stages. Two objects were classified as Class I protostars and one source was found to be a Class0 candidate in the earliest phase of stellar evolution.
