Urological disorders in gynaecologic malignancy were observed by urography in a 5 year period. The interrelation between the type, stage of the tumour and the localisation, frequency as well as seriousness of the uropathy was examined. The treatment modalities are also discussed. On the basis of their experiences they emphasize the role of conventional radiological methods in the diagnosis and follow-up of urological disorders in gynaecological oncology patients.
