Abstract

The significance of ultraprecision machining is increasing, the utilization of these techniques in the industry is growing. Lately the field of application has increased with the manufacturing of fine structures and the production of microtechnical parts. In the scope of our exposition we would like to summarize our researches and results achieved in the Department of Manufacture Engineering at the Technical University of Budapest in the field of ultraprecision technology.
