Translated title of the contribution: Thin layer tin dioxide gas sensors

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

There is a growing demand for inexpensive, small-size low consumption sensors, because they can be well used in several fields of measurement. One of them is the thin semiconductive gas sensor. The article is about its layer variant. Details are provided relevant to the physical bases of the operation, as well as the general features from the adsorption isotherms through the semiconductor-physical changes to the possibility of selective sensing.
