Abstract

Suitable solvent systems have been found to achieve the separation of the anti and syn oximes of Δ5-3β-hydroxyandrostene-17-one by thin-layer chromatography. The oxime of Δ5-3β-benzoyloxyandrostene-17-one was found to be a mixture of two isomers.
