Abstract

Temperature-programmed evolved gas analysis and pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to characterize the bulk of organic matter of fine aerosol collected at a regional background site in Hungary. Aerosol samples were collected within the period of March-September 1998. Spots of the samples were analyzed with an ASTRO 2100 TOC instrument.
