Abstract

The total structure factor of liquid tetrachlorides was determined using neutron diffraction measurements. The interpretation of data was done using the reverse Monte Carlo method based on molecular dynamic calculations. The repulsive interatomic potentials models were also demonstrated. It was shown that the set of diffraction data is self-consistent and can be used for detailed interpretation of structures.
