The domain ferromagnetic resonance (DFMR) of a bubble lattice is measured in the temperature range 20 to 60°C on the Bi‐substituted GdYIG films with high uniaxial anisotropy. The observed shifts of the DFMR spectra due to temperature change measured both in the perpendicular and parallel configurations are interpreted on the basis of models taking into account inhomogeneity of the demagnetizing field in the bubble matrix. A detailed analysis of these shifts indicates a pronounced temperature dependence of the uniaxial anisotropy constant and the practically temperature independent saturation magnetization. It is confirmed by independent measurements of both parameters in a wide temperature range.
