Application of pervaporation process on silica hydrophilic membranes with the reaction of synthesis of diisobutyl phthalate ester has been investigated. The experimental study on reaction kinetics and pervaporation process were performed. The mathematical model describing the integrated process (reaction and pervaporation) was formulated. Several computer simulations were performed in order to compare the efficiency of ester production of the reactor integrated with the module of a different membrane area.
