Abstract

The authors report on the surgical treatment of bladder-large bowel fistula of tumour origin in 3 patients. Cystectomy and different types of urinary deviation as wet colostoma, rectal bladder and ileal bladder have been performed. These palliative procedures can improve the quality of life of the patients.
