Superconductivity and spin density wave in heavy fermion systems

Abstract

Starting from a Kondo lattice type description, superconductivity and spin-density-wave coexistence is studied in the heavy-fermion systems. It is shown, that the coexistence is energetically stable only in the presence of a supplementary ΔQ superconducting order parameter connected to the 〈ak,-σa-k-Q,σ〉 type average.
