As far as its phenotype is regarded, Noonan's syndrome is very similar to Turner's syndrome but, except for short stature, frequently occurring hydrops and accompanying disorders of cardiac development, it is of normal karyotype. The authors present the case of a patient with Noonan's syndrome, with positive history, who delivered a healthy baby after a complicated delivery, following three unsuccessful pregnancies. The literature concerning Noonan's syndrome as well as the present pregnancy and complications are also reviewed.
