Stability in delay equations with perturbed time lags

Abstract

The effects of perturbations of time delays to the stability of a class of delay equations are studied in this paper. The purpose of this work is to obtain a 'practical' condition. The main results are presented and demonstrated is how to use these results to obtain an estimation on the maximum allowable sampling interval in the stability of a hybrid system with feedback delay.
