### Abstract

Recently, the time-dependent density-functional theory has become a very active research area and a couple of papers had already addressed the problem of deriving new exact theorems in the time-dependent theory. As such, the spin virial theorem is generalized to time-dependent systems. The spin virial theorem derived for time-dependent system is significant from conceptual and practical points of view.
