Abstract

The spin-glass state which occurs due to the spin-spin interaction induced by an electromagnetic field in semiconductors is analyzed on the base of the Abrikosov-Moukhin model. The specific heat and the magnetic susceptibility are calculated at low temperatures on the two domains. The matching between these domains has been explained and the matching temperature has been calculated. The domain near the critical temperature has been treated using the percolation model.
