Abstract

The spin-glass state which occurs in semiconductors due to the spin-spin interaction induced by an electromagnetic field is analysed in the high-temperature domain. The Abrikosov-Moukin model has been considered for this analysis, and the specific heat and magnetic susceptibility as function of temperature have been obtained.
