Fe-BEA zeolite samples are characterized by Mössbauer and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopies, 29Si-, 27Al- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. Particular attention is devoted to the determination of framework and extra framework iron species.
