Abstract

The ability of tabeletting of a compound preparation containing plant extracts has been examined. The hygroscopic character of the individual ingredients has been determined and the optimal ratio of auxiliaries has been scored by preliminary experiments. The physical parameters of the tablets have been monitored, stability testing has been carried out by HPLC and spectrophotometric method, as well as the changes of colour in the tablets have been measured instrumentally.
