Soft magnetic properties of high-temperature nanocrystalline alloys: Permeability and magnetoimpedance

Abstract

The soft magnetic properties of high-temperature nanocrystalline alloys were investigated. The permeability was found to exhibit a smoother thermal dependence in the allows with medium and high Co content. The results showed that the room temperature softness was enhanced in the alloy with the lowest Co content for nanocrystalline samples with low crystalline volume fraction.
