Rolling and sliding wear properties of uncured/cured hnbr and partly polymerized cbt hybrid compounds

Abstract

The phase structure and rolling and sliding wear properties of hybrids composed of hydrogenated acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber (HNBR) and cyclic butylene terephthalate oligomers (CBT) (1:1 in weight) were studied by extraction, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic-mechanical thermal analysis and various wear test rigs, respectively.
