Abstract

High temperature resistivity and temperature coefficient between 77 and 770 K are reported on Ni//1//0//0// minus //xP//x amorphous alloys in a large concentration range prepared by chemical reduction, electrodeposition, and melt quenching. The results are the same for each chemical composition provided the samples are free from inhomogeneities. A small amount of magnetic inhomogeneities decreases the TCR and reduces thermal stability.
