Abstract

We propose a nonlinear microscope scheme capable of real time, 3D investigation of the electric activity pattern of neural networks or signal summation rules of individual neurons in a 0.6 × 0.6 × 0.2 mm 3 volume with sub-micrometer spatial resolution.
