Abstract

O-tert-Butyl-O'-β-cyanoethyl-N,N-diisopropylphosphoramidite as a new global phosphorylation reagent and its application for solid-phase phosphopeptide synthesis via monoprotected phosphate-peptide ester during peptide synthesis are described. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
