Positron annihilation in Ca++-doped NaCl single crystals

Abstract

Positron lifetime measurements were made in Ga++-doped NaCl crystals. A correlation between the dopant concentration and the positron annihilation parameters was found. The probability of the formation of positron bound states versus Ca++ concentration could be approximated by a power equation.
