Abstract

The depth magnetization distribution in Fe/V layered structure was analysed. The layer was investigated by polarized neutron reflectometry. The depth distribution of Fe and V atoms and the magnetization across the Fe/V bilayer of the structure were obtained. The analysis showed that there exists the penetration of Fe atoms into V-layers and the interfaces are not symmetric.
