Laser irradiation induced changes of optical parameters in the layered structures which consist of gold nanoparticles and amorphous As 2S 3 were investigated and modelled in the framework of Bruggeman approximation for localised plasmons with aim to show the influence of plasmon fields on the optical recording process.
