Abstract

A new tricyclic sesquiterpene amide, pinthunamide, has been isolated from a fungus, Ampulliferina sp. and its structure was determined by single-crystal x-ray diffraction method together with assignments of 1H- and 13C-NMR data for pinthunamide.
