Tuberculosis and subsequently, bronchopulmonary mycobacteriosis has been observed in a patient since 1972. Radiological changes and bacterium discharge were sanated after the repeated antituberculotic treatment but then repeatedly returned. Immunological examination demonstrated the considerable decrease of T-lymphocytes. A relationship between the decrease of T-lymphocyte count and the frequent occurrence of mycobacterial infections is proposed.
