Report on 9 cases with progressive pigmentary purpuric dermatoses who were successfully treated with photochemotherapy (PUVA). The excellent and long-term therapeutic results in all cases are probably due to immunosuppression achieved by PUVA. This observation confirms our previous findings that PUVA is a useful tool in the treatment of these frequently refractory dermatoses.
