Oscillometry Flow Cell for Measurement of Conductivity and Permittivity

Abstract

This paper reports on a new flow-through oscillometric high-frequency conductance microcell which is suitable for the measurement of conductivity or permittivity of streaming solutions or solvents. The electrodes of the cell are not contacting galvanically the measuring solution; thus a good Stability of the electrode surface layer and consequently good reproducibility of the measurements can be ensured. The volume of the concentric flow cell can vary between 10 and 50 µL.
