Optical conductivity of the p-wave superconductor Sr2RuO4

We study here the optical conductivity of a p-wave superconductor within the conducting plane. In our model the absolute value of the order parameter is constant like in an s-wave superconductor, therefore the electric conductivity should also behave similarly, except for the effect of bound states at the Fermi energy due to impurities. Moreover, the approximations used by Mattis-Bardeen or by Abrikosov et. al. are not applicable. Measurement of the millimeter wave conductivity in Sr2RuO4 should serve as another test of p-wave superconductivity.
