Analytical expressions for the momentum representation of the relativistic Hartree-Fock-Roothaan wavefunctions are obtained by means of the Fourier-Bessel transformation. The momentum distributions are calculated by the use of these expressions and the results are compared with the corresponding distributions of the nonrelativistic and relativistic hydrogenic wavefunctions as well as the nonrelativistic Hartree-Fock-Roothaan wavefunctions.
