Nufacturing of PP composites reinforced with nanoparticles

Abstract

A new technique, that the nanoparticles filled Polypropylene(PP) sheets were stretched under a temperature slightly lower than the melt point of PP, then the sheets were film-stacked with random PP copolymer, was developed in this work. The resultant nanocomposites are much stronger and stiffer than the unfilled PP.
