Abstract

The restart of the Budapest research reactor after an important upgrading is planned for 1991. At 10 MW power, beam tubes with different parameters, that is fast, thermal (1014 neutrons cm-2s-1 flux) and cold neutrons, and important irradiation volumes, are available for a multipurpose research and application activity of a wide national and international user community.
