This is a Short Paper as defined in the Instructions for Authors Catalytic hydrogenation of the title compounds at ca. 88 °C and 9 bar in the presence of diethylamine led to a reasonable portion of monochlorocyclopropanes together with ca. 38% of hexahydrophosphinine oxides.
