Abstract

A molecular dynamic (MD) calculation has been made on the Ni75P25 system, simulating the rapid cooling from 2000 to 300 K yielding a glass state. Subsequently the system was further cooled, and then reheated to 300 K. The calculation shows characteristic differences between the two states at 300 K. The origin of this effect is discussed.
