MINIMIZATION OF TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE IN MEDICAL PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS.

Abstract

In order to decrease the temperature dependence of these devices a new electronic layout is presented which is free from the drawbacks of the previous solutions. This layout makes use of the property of the standard transistor as follows: the base-emitter voltage and the collector-emitter voltage are well determined functions of temperature. By this method one can minimize the temperature dependence in a wide range simultaneously maintaining the long term stability of the pressure transducer.
