Micromagnetic measurements and their applications

This paper summarizes the principles and some applications of two so-called micromagnetic measuring techniques. The measuring techniques are: the magnetic Barkhausen noise measurement and the nonlinear harmonics technique. Some typical and successful application examples are summarized in this paper.
