Abstract

The 50 k-ton INO-ICAL is proposed neutrino physics experiment, in which RPCs will be used as active detectors. The operation of this 12 stack of size 2 m m is built to look of stability and performance of large scale RPC produced in Indian industry. This will also have similar electronics which are going to be used in INO-ICAL experiment. Along with the performance of RPC we are also studying the cosmic muon flux at Madurai, which can be an input to get better neutrino flux at Theni.
