Magnetic field dependence of I-V characteristics of high Tc superconducting ceramics

Abstract

Current-voltage characteristics of high Tc ceramic superconductors were studied at liquid nitrogen and liquid helium temperatures in magnetic fields from 10-4 to 6 T. In low magnetic fields the current transport is dominated by the Josephson type intergrain couplings while in high magnetic fields by the non-Josephson ones. The important role of frozen-in flux in conduction properties was observed.
