Mössbauer spectrum analysis by Evolution Algorithm

Abstract

Evolution Algorithm has been developed for Mössbauer spectrum analysis. Its global search performance was found superior to conventional numerical optimization methods. Beside its detailed description the main advantages of using the Evolution Algorithm in the field of Mössbauer spectroscopy are illustrated.
