The collective excitations of spin-density-waves (SDW) give rise to both field and frequency dependent contribution to the single-electron conduction. In this article, the results of low-temperature experiments on (TMTSF)2PF6 are discussed. The results provide evidence for the freezing out of the SDW dynamics around T = 2.1 K.
