Juxtacortical osteogenic sarcoma

A case of juxtacortical osteogenic sarcoma is reported. In addition to the infrequent occurrence, it is of interest that the nature of the alteration was elucidated after 2 false diagnoses. The correct diagnosis was ensured by cooperation of the clinician and pathologist.
