The authors present a case of a sixteen years old girl. She was admitted because of massive haematuria. The examinations verified a kidney tumour on the left side which extended through the vena renalis to the vena cava. The tumour was radically excised. The histological examination verified neuroblastoma. After four years the patient is doing well and free from tumour.
